⭐️ 0 Honestly, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a dentist. I’ve been going to Topaz Dentist for about 4–5 months, and my braces are constantly sliding out of place and cutting into my cheek.I end up cutting the wire and it keeps coming out. What makes it even more frustrating is that they still haven’t properly tightened or adjusted my braces during all this time. I don't know if this is on purpose, but I'm sure your supposed to get them tightened. My appointments have also been rescheduled numerous times, which is extremely unprofessional and makes it feel like they don’t care about their patients’ time or treatment. I even walked in one day and heard another girl complaining about the exact same issue with her braces, so clearly I’m not the only one dealing with these problems. For something as important as orthodontic treatment, I expect consistent appointments, proper adjustments, and staff who actually take these issues seriously. Instead, I’ve dealt with repeated scheduling problems, uncomfortable braces, and a lack of proper adjustments. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this place. Unfortunately I tried to give them a second chance but this experience was no better. The staff use their phones while in the operations room which was the main thing that bothered me being that my child was getting work done. My daughter also mentioned the personal conversations the staff had in front of her which I thought was completely inappropriate. Then today the hygienist was very rude and sarcastic when asked questions pertaining to my child. I’ve been going to this dentist since my first child was born and the owner seems to change frequently but it has just went completely down hill. My recommendation - hire staff who want to be there or maybe pay them more so that they value their job.

This experience with a dental office has by far been the best! I was in a lot of pain and the manager and staff was so understanding. They listened to me and helped me take care of my issue. Dr. T was a breath of fresh air. Everyone there was so friendly. If you need a good dentist, check out Topaz Dentistry. I'm sure you're going to have the same opion I do! Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful while I was trying to schedule an appointment I've been on the phone with the same representative three times who acted as if he was a different person each time unfortunately for him he didn't change his voice and lastly he also said they don't have a supervisor refusing to get someone else to speak with me. Had me on hold and decided to hang up and not scheduled my kids after giving all of my kids personal information which now has me very uncomfortable because why did he take their information if he didn't plan on scheduling their appointment I now feel like my kids have been exposed to a predator. Don't use these ppl protect yourself and your kids . This took place Monday June 8th starting at 1pm you're going to get scammed

0/10. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE! I do not recommend this office at all! Every encounter has been horrible. We are never checked in on time and after we are finally checked in we are waiting an additional 25- 30mins in the waiting room. We then get called to the back and have to wait even longer. A regular routine cleaning appointment should not take 2 1/2 hours. Today is the 3rd time that I’ve been forced to reschedule an appt due to the office “running behind”. I understand that things happen but every single time it just ridiculous. The office Manager did not take any type of accountability or even offer to rectify the situation. The dental assistants and Dentist are great. However the office flow and front office staff and Management are not.
